Redundant Ultra-High Bandwidth Connectivity

Our systems are connected to the Internet via fully redundant, multiple OC48 connections. Some of our competitors claim that they're connected to the Internet through multiple connections as well, but look closely. Chances are, their so-called multiple connections are sold to them by the same provider, so if one of their routers goes down, their entire connection goes down. But not at FastBytes! If one of our circuits goes down, the other one can reroute the traffic in seconds while we work on getting the connection back up. All without the slightest interruption in performance. 

UPS Systems & Backup Power Generator

FastBytes is not reliant upon the local power grid to guarantee maximum uptime. Onsite, auto-switched power generators and centralized UPS systems provide power conditioning and ensure uninterrupted data center operation.

Network Monitoring Systems

A cross-platform network-monitoring environment allows our systems administrators to monitor and maintain all aspects of our service 24/7/52. The monitors provide a three-level alarm indicator with instant access trouble-shooting capability. In addition, for higher-level alarms, FastBytes' senior administrators are notified immediately and can remotely access, assess and repair systems before service level interruptions can affect customers.
